This is a hydrated amorphous synthetic Calcium Silicate. Due to its amorphous nature it is safer to use than natural crystalline forms. It also has an entirely different range of properties compared to natural forms, i.e, higher surface area, oil absorption and lower particle size and bulk density.

Sodium Silicate and Calcium Sulphate are reacted together under precisely controlled conditions to give a slurry of Calcium Silicate and Sodium Sulphate in solution. By stringent control of parameters such as temperature, pH, electrolyte concentration, agitation and reaction time, Silicate of required structure and surface characteristics is produced.

The slurry is then filtered and washed with water to remove sodium sulphate. The filter cake is subsequently dried and then milled to the required particle size distribution. Finally the silicate is collected, deaerated, and packed at a controlled bulk density.

Castor oil is a vegetable oil pressed from castor beans. Castor oil is a colourless to very pale yellow liquid with a distinct taste and odour. Its boiling point is 313 °C (595 °F) and its density is 0.961 g/cm3. It is a triglyceride in which approximately 90 percent of fatty acid chains are ricinoleates. Oleate and linoleates are the other significant components.

Castor oil and its derivatives are used in the manufacturing of soaps, lubricants, hydraulic and brake fluids, paints, dyes, coatings, inks, cold resistant plastics, waxes and polishes, nylon, pharmaceuticals and perfumes.

Districts of Sabarkantha, Mehsana and Kachchh are the main producing centres of Kaolin. The total reserves in state is 63 million tonnes.

Micronized Talc
Talc is a Magnesium - Silicate - Hydrate with extremely lamellar structure having high aspect ratio. Because of the platy nature of this special form of Talc, it is considered a REINFORCING FILLER in many plastic applications.

Why Use Our Talc?
We take utmost care in the selection of soapstone lumps. Only white coloured assorted lumps are used to ensure freedom from impurities.

Production Facilities
Precipitation is carried out in microprocessor-controlled batch reaction vessels, followed by filler-    presses/vacuum filters and flash/spray driers and finally micro-mill with classifier for micronization wherever required.

A synthetic micronized Sodium Stearate manufactured via process developed by our R & D department having tremendous experience in precipitation and particle size/morphology control technology, and recognized by the Department of Scientific and Industrial Research, Government of India. The product is very finely micronized and has low moisture, low free fatty acid and low residual sodium. Application

• Cosmetic Sticks: Sodium Stearate dissolves in polar solvents which allows the formation of rigid or semi-rigid gels used in cosmetic sticks.
• High Temperature Plastics: Sodium Stearates high melting point makes them excellent processing aids and lubricants in polycarbonates and nylons.
• Latex Paints: Sodium Stearate is used as an emulsification and dispersing agent.
• Paper and Paperboard: Sodium Stearate is used as an internal sizing, dispersion and wetting agent.

We are known as leading Zinc Oxide Manufacturers and supplier in India. We are known to be a supplier of Zinc Oxide at very competitive prices. Organic accelerators used in rubber compounding are almost always dependant on the presence of activators. Zinc Oxide is the most important of such activators.

Unique Properties
Because of their very small particle sizes zinc-oxide active & transparent (NK-A & NK-T) cause very powerful activation of the cure. Depending on the type and amount of accelerator present they can considerably delay the onset of cure without simultaneously extending the total curing time.
Because of stronger activating effect, the amount of this substance needed for the same modulus is lesser as compared to ordinary Zinc Oxide.
They cause no changes in the colour of the vulcanizates. They reduce yellowing in white and light coloured goods which are exposed to strong light.
As they do not have pigmenting properties, they do not influence effect of colour pigments provided they are not too heavily loaded.
Due to exceptionally low lead compound contents they are particularly suitable for vulcanizates intended to be practically free from heavy metals.
They do not boom.

Applications

• Can be used as activators in : 1. sulphur cures 2. peroxide cures (often) 3. sulphurless metallic-oxide cures. Used as crosslinking agent for lattices with reactive groups and for CR.
• Suitable for following types of rubber-NR, IR, BR, SBR, NBR, IIR, CR, EPDM, CSM.
• Transparent goods i.e. injection caps, condoms, gloves, lab. appartus.
• Rubber foam.
• Highly elastic vulcanizates (spring components).
